bk8sg Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bk8sg website, mobile-optimised site and all associated services available at the domain bk8sg.lat.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player to access bk8sg's gaming and wagering services.
• "Player Funds" means any Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) balance held within a Player's Account, including deposits, winnings and bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback offer or reward granted to a Player subject to wagering requirements and specific promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by bk8sg before a Player may request a withdrawal.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is prohibited under applicable law.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on bk8sg, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bk8sg strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction in accordance with responsible gaming best practices applicable to casino-style gaming in Malaysia.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from any Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close relative of any employee of bk8sg or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not already hold an existing Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person, household, IP address and device is permitted.

3. Account Registration & Security

When registering an Account on bk8sg, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. The following conditions apply to your Account at all times:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify bk8sg's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• bk8sg will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure.
• All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach to us without undue delay.
• We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any Account that we reasonably believe has been accessed by an unauthorised party or used in a fraudulent manner.
• KYC verification documents — such as a copy of your MyKad, passport or a recent utility bill — may be requested at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on bk8sg are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). By depositing funds, you confirm that the money belongs to you and is not derived from any unlawful activity.

Deposits: Deposits are processed in real time via our supported payment methods, which include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and will be displayed at the point of transaction. bk8sg does not charge deposit processing fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to a completed KYC process. Once KYC is verified, withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours on business days. Funds are typically credited to your nominated bank account or e-wallet within one to three business days depending on the payment provider. The name on your bk8sg Account must match the name on your nominated bank account; mismatched details will result in the withdrawal being declined pending further verification.

• bk8sg reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal deemed high-value or otherwise unusual.
• If a deposit is made and then immediately withdrawn without any wagering activity, bk8sg may apply an administrative processing fee or decline the withdrawal at its discretion.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated without prior communication to our support team will result in immediate Account suspension and may be referred to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bk8sg periodically offers bonuses, reload promotions, free bets, cashback deals and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed Account registration and, where specified, made a qualifying deposit of the minimum stated amount.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, household, IP address and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bets placed on certain game categories (e.g. live dealer roulette, baccarat, progressive jackpot slots) may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — towards wagering requirements.
• bk8sg reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled, any accrued Bonus balance that has not yet met its wagering requirement will be removed from the Player's Account.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts or exploitation of software errors — will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

6. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across all product verticals on bk8sg, including the Sportsbook, live casino, slots, online poker and 4D lottery. Product-specific rules are published within each game or section of the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying all bet details — including selection, stake amount and odds — before confirmation.
• In the event of a technical fault, server error or connectivity issue that interrupts a bet or game round, bk8sg's records will be the definitive source of truth for the outcome.
• Odds displayed on the Sportsbook are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked.
• bk8sg reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where incorrect odds were displayed due to a manifest error. Players will be notified and their stake returned in full.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per event, game or market. These limits are displayed at the point of betting and may vary by sport, league or game provider.
• Winnings from live casino games, slots and poker are credited to your Account balance immediately upon game completion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bk8sg Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players, including in poker games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any strategy designed solely to exploit promotional offers without genuine wagering intent.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy or any other tool intended to mask your true geographic location.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other Players or bk8sg staff in any communication channel.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

bk8sg is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable Malaysian data protection legislation and international best practices. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Key points regarding how we handle your data include the following:

• We collect personal data solely for the purposes of Account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention and improving your user experience.
• Your data will not be sold to any third party. We may share data with regulated payment processors and identity verification providers strictly as necessary to deliver our services.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data, to correct inaccuracies and to request deletion of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
• All data is stored on secure servers protected by industry-standard encryption. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

9. Responsible Gaming

bk8sg is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable Players. We provide a suite of player-protection tools accessible directly from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to stay in control of your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure session duration alerts to remind you how long you have been playing.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days without permanently closing your Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion of a minimum of six months, up to a permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period you will not be able to access your Account, and all marketing communications will cease immediately.
• Reality Check: Enable pop-up reminders at set intervals during gaming sessions showing total time played and net session result.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bk8sg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party outages or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Decisions made in reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics or game outcomes.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit bk8sg's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bk8sg reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amended Terms & Conditions have come into effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request the closure of your Account before the effective date of the changes.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through bk8sg's internal complaints procedure.

To raise a formal complaint, Players should contact our support team via live chat from within their Account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a full written response within 14 business days.

If a resolution cannot be reached through the internal complaints procedure, either party may escalate the matter to an independent dispute resolution body. bk8sg will cooperate fully with any such process. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration, the terms of which will be communicated to the relevant Player at the time of escalation.
